Shortlisted submissions for our Festival of Children’s Literature logo competition

We were delighted to receive over 50 submissions for our competition to design a logo for our November Festival of Children’s Literature. We shortlisted 5 entries, and today I’d like to showcase the 4 which made it to the shortlist in addition to the logo we chose as our winner. I’m sure you’ll agree they are eyecatching and beautiful. Please do take the time to click through to the websites of the shortlisted illustrators to find out more about their work.

As Julia Miller, Chair of the Federation of Children’s Book Groups, said, “The National Executive had a lot of fun viewing and selecting the top five, all of which would have been excellent winners.

Thank you to everyone who entered our competition, and to those who spread the word about the competition. As a charity run entirely by volunteers we really appreciate the support given to us by everyone, and the time and thought entrants spent on their logos.
